Joy-Con 2 controllers attach magnetically with improved sticks and a “C” button for built-in GameChat (voice/video), plus dual USB-C ports, Ethernet dock, and better cooling.

Joy-Con 2 Controllers with Mouse Mode & GameChat C Button
New Joy-Con 2 controllers attach magnetically, feature larger sticks, better SL/SR buttons, enhanced HD Rumble 2 haptics, and a “C” button for quick GameChat access. They also support mouse-like pointer control in compatible games for precise interactions.
Built-in GameChat with Voice/Video Sharing
GameChat enables voice chat (with noise-canceling mic) and optional video chat (via USB-C camera accessory) during gameplay, even across different games. It includes screen sharing and will integrate into Nintendo Switch Online in 2026.
Expanded Storage & Modern Connectivity
Features 256 GB internal UFS storage, expandable to 2 TB via microSD Express cards. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, NFC (amiibo support), dual USB-C ports, a dock with Ethernet and active cooling, and 3.5 mm headset audio.
