1. Delivery Options

We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order arrives quickly and conveniently:

  • Within Nairobi: Delivery within 1 business day with an additional fee of Kes. 300.

  • Outside Nairobi: Delivery within 1-2 business days.

  • Pickup Station: Available for select locations at Jamia Mall, 2nd Floor, Shop G62/G63.

2. Order Processing Times

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 6:00 PM on business days (Monday to Saturday) will be processed the same day.

  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately:
